The Bush administration on Thursday accused China of failing to curb the transfer of ballistic missile technology by “serial proliferators” to Iran and North Korea while possibly carrying out its own development of illegal chemical and biological weapons.
Two senior officials testifying before the US-China economic and security review commission in Congress also criticised China for not doing more to bring North Korea back to the negotiating table over its nuclear programme, and for obstructing US efforts to impose sanctions on Iran.
“Especially in the proliferation area, China’s actions seem to us dangerously short-sighted,” said Peter Rodman, assistant secretary of defence, calling on Beijing to “re-evaluate its relationships” with Tehran and Pyongyang.
Both officials said Chinese “entities” – in effect state-owned companies – had become “serial proliferators” of technology and equipment related to weapons of mass destruction. The US imposed sanctions on four such entities in June.

On the spread of missile technology, the United States believes Chinese entities, including state-owned companies, remain key sources for such trade with countries like North Korea and Iran, said Peter Rodman, assistant secretary of defense for international security affairs.
The United States has branded both countries as members of the "axis of evil."
Beijing has repeatedly said it opposed the spread of materials that could be used in weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems.
"These transfers do considerable harm to international stability," Rodman said.

The US government is the one who does harm to international stablity because they want to take over the world.. with other countries not being able to develop weapons, they are left helpless. What these countries do is for their own protection.
What the philippines should do is to start developing our own weapons so that we can defend ourselves.
The US government has an unquenchable thirst for power and domination.
If only the world would see who the real enemy is..
